  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Step-by-Step Recipe for Making Coffee Sponge Cake Pudding
  • This coffee sponge cake pudding is the perfect dessert for coffee and cake lovers! It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own personal taste.
  • Take 2 tbsp instant coffee in a square-shaped pan.
  • Add ½ cup hot water and mix well.
  • Dip 6 pieces of NuVita Vanilla Sponge cake in the coffee mixture one by one, place them on a separate ceramic/glass serving pan, and keep them aside.
  • In another bowl, take 1 cup whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks are formed.
  • Add 1 cup Mascarpone cheese , 1 tbsp vanilla essence, and ½ cup icing sugar in another bowl and mix well using a spatula.
  • Add the cheese mix to the whipping cream gradually and blend well.
  • Transfer the cream mixture to the ceramic/glass serving pan with the coffee dipped NuVita vanilla Sponge cakes until it’s covered evenly.
  • Sprinkle 2 tbsp cocoa powder and allow it to chill for 30 minutes.
