In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup Sugar and 6 tbsp Cornstarch, mix well, and keep aside.
In another bowl whisk together 1 cup Heavy Cream, 1 cup Milk, 4 Egg Yolks, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence, 1 tsp Lime Zest, and ¼ cup Lime Juice.
Put it on a lower flame and stir until it thickens.
Allow the mixture to cool. You can also cool the mixture in a water bath.
Once cooled, add mixture to the crust gradually.
Chill for an hour or two.
Garnish with 1 cup Whipped Cream and slices of lime.
